Nitta Gelatin has various relationships with local people through its business activities, such as in plant operations and in product sales. We strive to live in harmony with local communities so that we can be a good corporate citizen trusted by local residents.
Recognizing also that it is important to contribute to the development of the region as a member of the local community, we are not only taking part in local activities but are also collaborating with and supporting other local companies and organizations.
The Plant Management Center, which manages facilities at the Osaka Plant, promotes communication with the local community. The Plant Management Center actively seeks to engage with the community by holding regular meetings with people representing local residents and with businesses in the area. The Osaka Plant also opens its doors to elementary school students to give them an idea of what goes on inside.
Any complaints or feedback received from local residents are reviewed, and where necessary relevant divisions are consulted with so that any issues can be reliably addressed.
