Nitta Gelatin Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby sets forth a basic information security policy in order to maintain the security of information and information systems handled (hereinafter collectively referred to as “information assets”) and to manage and use them appropriately.

The Company shall take organizational and technical measures to ensure the security, appropriate use and management of information assets.

The Company shall comply with laws, regulations, rules, contractual obligations, and other codes in relation to information security.

The Company shall provide information security education for all employees.

In the unlikely event that a security problem occurs with its information assets, the Company shall take necessary measures to minimize the damage and work to prevent a recurrence.
