As measures for the protection of personal information to be taken by the recipients, the Nitta Gelatin Group has entered into contracts with the recipients that mandate safety management measures equivalent to the standards required by the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and periodically confirms and supervises that such measures are appropriately and continuously implemented.
