In such instance, when outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal data to an external business operator, we will set standards for contractor selection and select the contractor company from among those business operators who are recognized to be able to handle personal data properly and reliably, according to those standards, and conclude an appropriate outsourcing contract.

We will keep personal data accurate and up-to-date within the scope of the purpose of use, and will strive to delete the personal data without delay when its use is no longer necessary.
