The Social Media Terms of Service of Nitta Gelatin Inc. (“Nitta Gelatin”) provide the rules for using and browsing of the official social media accounts operated by Nitta Gelatin (“Accounts”).

These Terms of Service shall be applicable to all of the customers and related parties of Nitta Gelatin who use and browse these Accounts.

  (2)  In principle, we will not answer inquiries by direct message (DM).
  (3)  Since we do not manage the receiving of comments or DMs for these Accounts, we will not respond to inquiries about comments /replies or DMs posted by users, in principle.
  (4)  For inquiries and opinions regarding Nitta Gelatin and our products, please use “Inquiries” on this website.

We do not follow all users who follow these Accounts. In addition, we may follow the accounts of users who do not follow these Accounts.

  (3)  Acts that slander Nitta Gelatin, our employees, customers, and third parties.
  (4)  Acts of sending, transmitting, disclosing, copying, or writing personal information (email addresses, addresses, phone numbers, and other privacy-related information) to other customers or third parties without prior consent from us or the individual.
  (5)  Acts that interfere in the operation of these Accounts
  (6)  Threatening, obscene, defamation, discriminatory acts, political activities, religious activities, or acts that lead to these.
