FOR DRY SAUSAGE / SEMI-DRY SAUSAGE
We are one of the world’s leading suppliers of sausage casings for the manufacture of dry and semi-dry products.
The casings come in a wide range of sizes in both clear and mahogany color which are designed with extra strength.
Greater porosity of our casings provides faster moisture loss and shorter cycle times.
As with all of Nitta's products, casings used in this segment can be made with closed ends for running on automatic loading machines.
FOR SMOKED/ STEAMED/ COOKED SAUSAGE
Processors using Nitta's sausage casings in this application benefit from our excellent size control and machining which gives accurate weight control.
In the cooking stages, no “peel back” and reduced shrinkage maintain good product appearance to compliment the excellent “knack” or bite gained from our casings.
